The new Philippa Gregory book 'Tidelands'. It is a really lovely book. It is set in England in 1648 and centers around the life of a young woman trying to survive amid suspicion and poverty. Easy to read and would definitely recommend especially if you liked 'where the crawdads sing'

If you like thrillers 'No One Home' by Tim Weaver is worth a read, it is set in England and a missing persons investigator is asked to look into the disappearance of 9 people from a village.

For fans of Pride and Prejudice 'The other Bennet Sister' is a good read. It focuses on Mary and the life she went on to lead after the other girls moved on. It was easy to read and lovely to be reminded of all the well known characters. It is light and an escape. 'Longbourn ' by Jo Baker which deals with the lives of one of the maids that worked for the Bennett family it a read.
