TY students keeping the Arts alive during Covid times

The TY students of SHSS have been to the fore in keeping the Arts alive, with 4 performances of Romeo and Juliet. The 3rd year students have been the net beneficiaries of the initiative as they are studying the Shakespear’s play for their Junior Cycle English exam. The whole “Show” was the brainchild of some TY students. Their passion for the performing arts ensured that in the absence of the Traditional Sacred Heart Show/school musical,  due to Covid 19, their was still some show-business to go around. Each of the four, 3rd year classes are currently attending their very own private show in the school GPR!  Congratulations to all students involved (both backstage and onstage) in this magnificent production!
