SHSS students complete the "Double, Double" in Munster Rugby deciders

Another historic day in the sporting annals of Sacred Heart Secondary School as both Junior and Senior Rugby teams retained their Munster Championship titles. The Junior team, in a repeat of last year’s final defeated Bantry. The Senior team completed a mighty double for the West Cork school by defeating St. Anne’s Killaloe. Amie Milin and Kate Burton lifted the cups on behalf of their teams. Well done to both squads, to Mr. Phelan, Ms. Kingston and Ms. Walsh for all their support and commitment. Many thanks also to Clonakilty RFC for their support of the school.
