Voice Ireland talk in conjunction with Green Schools

On Tuesday 10th April our Green Schools TY class, along with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and TY Green Schools class representatives, took part in a Clonakilty community-wide initiative run by Voice Ireland that is looking at how we can reduce food waste in our homes, schools, business and agricultural settings. It was a very successful workshop that gave the different year groups a chance to discuss the issue of food waste in our school and an opportunity to work together to find solutions. Thanks to Abi and Allison from Voice Ireland for facilitating and for the wonderful participation of our students.
