Take care of your Well Being

Just a reminder to practice some mindfulness. 

 There are a lot of ways to do this, doing your doing class work, baking, going for a walk etc. 

The box breathing technique is very useful to bring us into the present moment. 

Breathe in for 4 seconds hold for 4 and breathe out for 4. Slowing our breathing down relaxes the nervous system and can help reduce stress. Make some time everyday to just sit and breathe.
