Senior Camogie Team are Through to Munster Final

Sacred Heart 2-5 St Flannans 1-5

Sacred Hearts senior camogie team have qualified for the Munster Colleges camogie final by virtue of a hard fought victory over a gritty St. Flannans at CITs GAA grounds today. 

Trailing by 5 points having played into a string wind in the first half the Clon girls showed great character and determination to come roaring back. Orla Lowney was to emerge the hero with 2 goals, the second of which came with just 4 minutes left on the clock. 

All the girls played with great heart and commitment and now look forward to  Munster Final in early January.
