Law for a Day: Transition Year

This year we have extended the opportunity to spend a day in the Law School to Transition Year students. Previously we had offered a Transition Year Week to 5 students but such was the demand for places that we have decided to replicate our senior cycle approach and to instead offer Law for a Day to 50 Transition Year students.

Law for a Day (TY) gives students an opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Law student. There are lectures to attend, the opportunity to attend a mock trial and also meet some current students. Places for this are competitive and we would ask interested students to work with their school career guidance counsellors in respect of their application.

We are now accepting all applications for TY day 2020, with the closing date of Wednesday 11th March

Note that there is a cap of 5 students per school
