Jungle City

Transition Year students enjoying the Jungle Trail around Clonakilty during their May Activity Week.

'Jungle City' is a large scale outdoor Art Exhibition that sees 30 brightly painted, life sized animal sculptures installed in every nook and cranny around Clonakilty,Hornbills perch on lamp posts, tourists are stalked by stealthy tigers ,and Spiller’s Lane ,at times,shakes under the weight of stampeding elephants! Scores of beautiful animals , all of them endangered, have transformed Clonakilty into this amazing “ Jungle City”
