Green School Committee attend online Climate Conference

Today Ms O'Callaghan's TY Green Schools students attend the Conference on Intergenerational Climate Justice via a zoom webinar.

They were asked to consider that humans are not separate or above nature but rather we are deeply connected and reliant on it and as such might begin to consider treating it as we would a loved one

They heard from speakers around the globe and were informed about how the countries who contribute least to pollution are the ones carrying the greatest burden in terms of climate change and adverse weather events. #shss #aschoolforall #choosewell #greenschools
