LCANA Fergal Quinn Awards 2024

We are immensely proud of our eight students who received the Fergal Quinn Award 2022 at the LCANA Conference in Athlone on Saturday, January 25th.

The Fergal Quinn Award is presented annually to the students who achieve the highest credits in the Leaving Certificate Applied (LCA) examinations. These prestigious awards are a recognition of exceptional academic performance over the two-year LCA program. The top-performing students are identified by the State Examinations Commission based on their final credit totals.

Congratulations to Alannah Sexton, Alex O’Sullivan, Robyn Appelby, Clodagh Kelleher, Jessica Moore, and Orla Kingston, who travelled from Clonakilty with their parents and family members to attend the event. Principal Ann Marie Brosnan was also present to celebrate their success. Unfortunately, Madison Sullivan and Caitlyn Connelly were unable to make the trip but will be presented with their awards at SHSS in the near future.
