Minor B Hockey team

SHSS beat Colaiste Na Toirbhirte 1-0 Wednesday last week and now advance to the semi final stage of the Munster Minor B Cup competition. It was an exhilarating game with tenacious attacking from the Sacred Heart side but Bandon were very tight on defence and despite numerous attempts, their keeper kept us from scoring until the third quarter. After consistently bringing the attack, Sacred Heart were rewarded with a beautiful goal by Elsa Quirke. A great game well played by both sides but Sacred Heart earned their victory.
