Take 5 for your mental and physical health
Take 5 for your mental and physical health was the message at the recent second year wellbeing awareness mornings. Students were introduced to some simple activities to help feel good and function well. The activities focused on non-contact sports such as golf, skipping, frisbee, javlon and yoga, demonstrated and facilitated by Ms Sexton,Ms O’ Sullivan, Ms O’ Neill and Mr Browne. Claire Shorten with the help of Meghan Coakley and Grainne Keohane served delicious fruit, yogurt and granola pots. Photography was by TY students Eibhínn Falzon and Lauren O Flynn.
The good news is that students want to play some more golf and a lunchtime club is starting on Mondays
