Let them eat cake!

All our Home Economics students were very busy this week! Ms Harte’s 2nd Year Home Economics class made sundried tomato and feta scones. Ms O’Brien’s Transition Year group made delicious vegetable soup and lemon traybake and first years started off their practical classes with tasty cupcakes!
