5th Year Trip to Macroom Buffalo Farm

Today the 5th year LCVP and  Economics class went out to Macroom Buffalo Cheese farm. They learnt a lot about the process of cheese making and about the buffalo. They got a guided farm tour by the lovely Dorthy, who also cooked them up some lovely treats afterwards. Thanks to Ms. Hennessy and Ms. O’ Donovan for accompanying the students.
