Leaving Cert Christmas Celebration

The Leaving Cert students enjoyed a fabulous turkey dinner in the Ref today. The annual Christmas dinner is a celebration of their final Christmas at Sacred Heart. Both Leaving Cert and Leaving Cert Applied students donned Christmas jumpers and exchanged gifts as part of a special Secret Santa. Mr Browne played festive music which moved on to karaoke. Ms Bell and Mr Browne, as Kirsty McColl and Shane McGowan respectively, sang the first song, and were followed by students singing songs from Dolly Parton to ABBA.

Huge thanks to Eileen and Ken who pulled off this service brilliantly. Thanks to Miriam for helping out, to the Superstar DJ, Mr Browne, and to the Year Head, Ms Bell. A massive thanks to the 6th year students who volunteered to be in the committee. Without their hard work, this party would not have been possible.
