Sports Day 4th October 2023

What a day in SHSS! 🤩 The energy was electric around the school today as every year group put on such a display of pride in their year group colours! ❤️🧡💚💙💛 If only we could have bottled some of today’s atmosphere, enthusiasm and spirit! There was fun, laughter, competition, camaraderie, warmth and best of ice ice-cream galore! 🍦 None of this would have been possible without Ms Meade, studentcouncil_shss the PE Department and all the fantastic TY students who gave up their sports day to host the huge range of activities for the rest of the student body! 👏🏻 go raibh míle smith agaibh 😊 To our 6th years on your last sports day in SHSS ‘Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory’ - Dr Seuss. ❤️ More photos to follow 📸
