Whole School Assembly Celebrates All-Ireland Win!

There was a whole school assembly in the gym yesterday to celebrate the senior football team’s momentous All-Ireland win against Our Lady’s Bower last Friday. Captain Lydia Sutton walked out to the sound of ‘We Are The Champions’ by Queen on the sound system. Her team followed and all lined up in front of the gathered crowd. Ms Brosnan and Mr Walsh congratulated the team, and Mr Mulcahy said a few words about the dedication of the players and their families to the sport. Mr Daly was also thanked for his coaching and support.
