Best of luck to Deirdre O'Neill, Lucy Collins, Aoife Whelton and Amy McCarthy at the next stage of the Certified Irish Angus Beef competition in Croke Park tomorrow. The students have done amazing research on the beef market, genetics and sustainability. Thank you to Ms. Lonergan for her guidance over the last couple of months! And thank you to Ms. Hennessy and Mr. Browne for being official taste testers at the recipe development yesterday!
