Election of the week: Ms Russell’s third year CSPE students who elected Olaf and Mulan in their Citizen Action Project. 

Most disappointing news of the week:  The 3rd year trip to Fota was cancelled because of the rain.

Inspirational women of the week: The TYs who ran an event in the GPR celebrating women for IWD22. 

Talk of the week: The LCVP talk from Clonakilty Gluten Free Kitchen. Nice treats to sample and all. 

JK stars of the week: The Junk Kouture group Instant Insomnia who made it through to the South Regional Final. Best of luck! Well done to all the other fabulous teams. Your designs were beautiful and we’re so proud of you all. 

Basketballers of the week: Mr Browne’s first years! 

Culture vultures of the week: Ms Bell’s fifth years who gave presentations en français about inspirational French women. 

Best selfie of the week:  The TYs with Jake Carter at the All-Ireland Drama Fest.

Yummy snack of the week: The SHSS bees who are currently feasting on a fondant icing type thing to stay well-fed during the cold months.
