Autism Friendly Clonakilty Presentation

TY students, Aimee Mulcahy and Saoirse Frank, were invited to attend a meeting with Autism Friendly Clonakilty today. Aimee and Saoirse are the lead student representatives at SHSS for Autism Friendly Clonakilty.

There were three guests from South Belfast attending to learn more about the Autism Friendly Town of Clonakilty. They hope to set up something similar in the city. People attending included Fiona, the Deputy CEO of AsIam and Catherine from Supervalu, as well as Elaine and Caitríona (who visited the school at the start of the year), and a couple of others.

Aimee and Saoirse had to present a PowerPoint on what they are currently working on within the school to promote awareness about autism.
