Speaker of the week : Past pupil, Meadhbh Hayes, who came back to SHSS for the Wednesday Lunchtime Talks. 

Artists of the week: The TYs who are designing stained glass windows for SHSS’ 80th birthday. 

Chefs of the week: The TYs making banoffee pie and pizza. Yum!

Achievement of the week: Mr Pegler winning the Gaisce award! Fair play!

Bankers of the week : The TY School Bank who organised a big extravaganza today including a visit from past pupil and GAA All-Star, Martina O’Brien. 

Couturiers of the week: The Junk Kouture teams again! Their gowns are currently on display in the Lower Social Area. 

Victors of the week (1): The senior football team who won the Munster Semi-Final.

Victors of the week (2) : The senior camogie team who won the Munster Senior A League Final! Woohoo!

Victors of the week (3) : The Junior B hockey team who won after shuttles! Exciting!

Fundraisers of the week: The 3rd year CSPE class who raised money for St Vincent de Paul.

Breakfast of the week: The lucky German students who had an authentic German feast.
