Soup from the SHSS Garden!

Today 3rd year Home Economics students made an aromatic roast tomato and chilli soup from the school's own tomatoes!

The tomatoes were harvested from the greenhouse this week by TYs and Mr.Barry.

The third years are beginning the topic of Food Sustainability so this was an ideal introduction! Thanks to those who grew this lovely produce.
