College Information Fair - Roseleen Boahen

Today was an insightful day for senior cycle students who got to attend a College Information Fair in the gym. Organised by Ms Sexton, a number of past pupils came back to SHSS to share their college life experience.

As the school journalist at this event, I found it very inspiring. It was great to get advice about getting through exams and the best way to find accommodation.

One of the 6th years attending the fair said, “It was very nice to have casual conversations with the girls. You could talk about anything or ask about anything.”

This is the inaugural College Information Fair and it was a great success.
