Chemistry Olympiad Ireland Achievement!

SHSS is so proud of our sixth year student, Aoife O’Sullivan, who was awarded Highly Commended at the Chemistry Olympiad Ceremony today. Out of 250 students in the whole of Ireland (North and South), Aoife is in the top 13.

She will go on to the International Team Selection Training Camp in April where a team of four will be selected to represent Ireland.

The International Competition was planned to be held in Japan this year but will now be a remote examination. Her teacher, Ms Claire Holland, is delighted for her.
