Junk Kouture Grand Finalists of the week: Let Them Eat Cake, Duh! Amazing to get so far! We’re so proud of you! 

Musical stars of the week : The Red and Yellow casts of Sister Act the Musical! Amazing singing, acting and dancing! It was so lovely to have the buzz of the show around the school again. 

Best prepared of the week: The SHSS beehive. Strapped down well in advance of Storm Barra.

Heroes of the week : The Student Council for organising Christmas Jumper Day in aid of St. Vincent de Paul. 

Most energetic of the week (1) : The dancers who took part in Sister Act. Lots of moves going on. You must be exhausted. 

Most energetic of the week (2) : The 1A Christmas dancers in the gym!

Chefs of the week (1) : The LCAs who made a gorgeous Christmas dinner. Yum!

Chefs of the week (2) : The TYs who made delicious chocolate yule logs. 

Coolest Christmas Jumper of the week: Sinead and Orla in the one jumper!

Coolest experiment of the week : The Screaming Jelly Baby experiment at Ms Quirke’s Friday Science Club. 

Artists of the week : The TYs finished the stage sets for the musical. Those windows looked amazing!

Must watch Christmas movie of the week: Home Alone. Watch it this weekend. Kevin McAllister wreaking havoc. 

Trip of the week: The LCA trip to the CETB Education and Training Centre. 

Most unexpected day of the week: Tuesday! Who would have thought it would end up as a Red Alert?
