South Munster Schools Athletics T&F 2019 Championships

Well done to the students who travelled to CIT today with Ms Lonergan to participate in the South Munster Schools Athletics Championships.

The relay team (Lucy McCarthy, Alannah Harrington, Niamh McCarthy & Eabha Crowlet finished 2nd .

Ciardha McCarthy came 3rd in the shot putt.

Eabha Crowley won the pole vault .

Niamh McCarthy came 3rd in the 75m hurdles and 2nd in the high jump.

It was great to have girls competing in so many other events such as the 200m, 800m & 1500m.

The girls will now competed in the Munster Championships.
