5th Year LCVP class receive Guide Dogs presentation

Today, 5th year LCVP students received a visit from Irish guide dog volunteer, Tony Noonan and companion dog ‘Jack’. The students received a presentation where Tony discussed the incredible work of the organisation, the state of the art facilities in the irish guide dog centre in Cork city and the importance of fundraising for the organisation. The LCVP students thoroughly enjoyed the talk and will use the information presented in their Leaving Certificate portfolio. Many thanks also to their teacher, Ms O’Donovan.
