Sacred Heart Girls Rebel Og Monthly Winners

Our All Ireland winning Camogie team were named winners of the Rebel Og monthly awards for March. Jessica McCarthy, Emma O’Driscoll, Sinead McCarthy, Annie Condon and team captain Daire O’Brien represented the team at the award ceremony in the Clayton Silver Springs on Monday evening. They were accompanied by Mr Daly, Ms Brosnan and their coach and mentor Mr Mulcahy.

It was a great honour to achieve this award. Miriam Murphy a member of the judging panel praised the girls for their involvement in sport and in particular their involvement in camogie at both school and club level. The awards are sponsored by Clayton Silver Springs, Cummins Sports, The Echo and Red FM.

The girls and their team mates are looking forward to the gala dinner in January.
