Success in the South Munster Schools Athletics Cross Country

On Friday 1st of February the SHSS Athletics teams travelled to Riverstick to compete in the South Munster Schools Athletics cross country event. The cold and testing conditions did not phase the girls. Some standout individual performances on the day saw the Minor team finish in second, and the Junior team finish in first position. These fantastic results now mean that both teams have qualified to compete at the Munster Championships in WIT on the 15th of February. Well done girls
