Cultural Extravaganza Afternoon a great success!

It was time to CONNECT at Sacred Heart as the student council, spearheaded by Nooran Alrubaye and Orla Deasy organised a celebration of cultures at Sacred Heart Secondary School. All students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds were invited to showcase. The Mayor of Clonakilty , Michael O’ Neill opened the event to a packed GPR. The students got to sample the diversity of cultures through dress, food and artefacts. Mr. Pegler entertained the crowd by making ice cream! Special guests from Clonakilty Lodge attended and presented with Kitty Sisson. Much thanks and gratitude to all the staff who helped and supported, in particular, Ms. Flanagan.
