Chemistry Award

Sinead McCarthy a former student of Sacred Heart was awarded the Gold Medal for Chemistry in recognition of achieving the highest mark in the Leaving Certificate Chemistry Examination 2015.

Sinead was presented with  her award at  The Annual Cork School s Science Awards, which was held on Friday May 6th, at Blackrock Castle Observatory. Sinead was accompanied by her mother Jean, Ms Holland her Chemistry teacher and Ms Brosnan Principal. Sinead is currently studying Pharmacy in UCC
