Concern Debate Success

Congratulation to our 2017 debating team who have made it through to the knock out stages of the Concern debating competition. The girls now have a maximum of 12 points, having won all four debates.  The talented and hard working team, Aideen Murphy, Fodhla Daly, Ciara Butler and Ruth O'Driscoll, successfully opposed the motion 'that China is good for Africa' on Thursday 7th December. The girls traveled to Colaiste Muire in Cobh with their mentor Ms Harte and accompanied by Ms Lynch and their loyal group of supporters.
